Ordering Information
When do you take orders?
We accept pre-orders from mid-late April each year. Orders are only shipped in winter. We close in mid-September some time or earlier if sold out.
Where do you send your trees?
To all states of Australia except NT and WA. We do not ship internationally.
When do you ship them?
Between mid July and August of the ordering year. We send our trees in the same order that we receive the orders, so first-in-first-served.
Why only in winter?
Our trees are sent bare rooted when they become dormant. This happens only in winter months. It is impossible for us to send them outside winter months as they are still in their growth phase.
